Songkhla Aquarium
Songkhla Aquarium is located on the tip of Son On Cape, Bor Yang sub-District, Muang District. It was established by Songkhla Municipality to be a marine life’s biology and behavior learning center for youth and general people, aquatic resources and environment preservation, and relaxation place of people. There are Thailand’s largest and the most abundant catfish which are over 200 kilograms heavy. There are also leopard sharks and beautiful fish living in coral area. There are various exhibitions in the aquarium including fish tunnel, ecology exhibition, mountains, rivers, freshwater animals, swamp forest, beaches, marine animals, Ao Thai Sea, marine resource usage, exhibition space, seminar rooms, restaurants, and souvenir shops.
